Tasty Tuesday: What I Ate Today 7.8.14

Breakfast:


Rice, kale, mushroom and onion
Wildberry flavored whole milk kefir
(It is SO hard to find whole fat dairy at the grocery store!)

Lunch:


Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Cheddar cheese
Low sodium V8
Water

Tea:


Caffeine free tea with ice cubes that melted immediately :)
I also had a few glasses of water during the day because, hydration.

Supper:


Egg noodles with meat sauce, onions and peppers
Water

Dessert:


Blueberry frozen custard with chocolate chips.  Yum!
