Oatmeal! I made it with half water and half almond milk. I've got flax, walnuts, raisins, blackstrap molasses and a banana in there. I drank a glass of water while it was cooking and a cup of black coffee after I ate it.
That's a whole nectarine and 5 or 6 strawberries on top of plain Greek yogurt. The yellow blob on the left is raw honey. I also had a glass of water.
Steve and I split a cucumber while the rest of the food was cooking.
The salmon has salt, dill, dijon mustard and lemon on it. The corn was good but the kernels seemed really tiny so I kind of wish we'd had more than one each. Oh well. Since they were tiny they didn't get stuck in our teeth too much. Ha ha! I washed it all down with another glass of water.
There were 3 cookies in the freezer and Steve didn't want any so I ate 3 cookies. :) I also had a cup of tea and another glass of water before bed.

On food related posts I seem to get the most views when I post about specific meals that I cook. Not a huge difference from the What I Ate posts, but still, a noticeable one. I like doing the What I Ate posts so I'm going to keep doing them but I think I'm going to add a second food day per week since people seem to like them. Tuesdays will usually be a What I Ate with occasional other food related posts mixed in and then Saturdays will be a whole meal post. (You can find an example here from when I cooked a whole chicken.) I'm going to keep Mondays for Weekend Recaps and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for miscellaneous beauty, style and home posts.
